Jupiter Aluminum , founded in 1992, manufactures aluminum coil that is generally used to make building and construction products such as drip edge, gutters and downspouts, screen frames, trim and soffits, vents and louvers. It purchases scrap materials such as aluminum wire and cable, painted aluminum, used beverage cans, and segregated aluminum alloy clippings and solids.

In November 2006, a fire broke out leaving numerous people devastated and wondering where their future was going. Within a few months, a contractor had been hired to rebuild the company that had been almost entirely destroyed by the early morning blaze.
Once the reconstruction process began, there were large amounts of DLO cable needed to complete the rebuilding process. Tele-Fonika Cable Americas (TFC) supplied Jupiter with quality materials necessary to get the facility up and running. Due to TFC’s quick response, excellent service and quality materials, there was a substantial amount of money saved on what could have been a set back in downtime.

The TF Kable/TF Cable sponsored Poland soccer team, Wisla Krakow, won the inaugural Chicago Trophy soccer tournament on July 29.

"Sometimes, pre-season tournaments can be difficult to motivate yourself for but this event was different," said Maciej Skorza, Wisla Krakow coach. "It was competitive from the start and we are proud to win The Chicago Trophy in its inaugural year. Based on our experience here at the tournament, Chicago would make a wonderful host city for the 2016 Olympics. The Polish fans were our 12th man and were key to our victory."
"The level of play and competitiveness on the field and enthusiasm in the stands were unprecedented. The support and passion of the fans means we made good on our promise to bring them only the best players on the best teams," said soccer director Eamon McLoughlin. "This is just a start.
