TELE-FONIKA KABLE S.A. (TFK), a privately held wire and cable manufacturer headquartered in Krakow, Poland is one of the largest wire and cable companies in Europe. TFK operates five wire and cable plants in Poland serving worldwide product demand. All manufacturing facilities are ISO 9001, 2000 and ISO 14001 certified.

Formed through a series of acquisitions and mergers, TFK has developed world class technology centers of excellence with state-of-the-art manufacturing operations.

Founded in 1992, Tele-Fonika Kable S.A. grew rapidly and the operations today are a result of internal development projects supported by strategic investments. Investments included the purchase of Krakowska Fabryka Kabli SA (1998) and Elektrim Kable SA (2002), at the time the two largest cable companies in Poland.

TFK global sales are conducted through a network of wholly owned subsidiaries positioned in key markets.

The company’s plants are located in Kraków, Myślenice, Szczecin and Bydgoszcz and deliver products to customers in more than 50 countries. TFK provides cables used by the world’s leading companies specializing in telecommunications, power generation, electronics, ship building and mining. TFK is the leading Medium and High Voltage Cable manufacturer in Europe with significant  market share in rubber insulated portable power cables used by heavy industry. Additionaly, the company produces fiber optic, copper telecommunication and electronic data cables.

All products are manufactured to public and private utility and industrial standards including ICEA, IEEE, ASTM and are independently certified by UL, CSA, MSHA, SABS, VDE CE and other regulatory agencies.
